1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a booking confirmation from us.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate booking information.
- Being available at the designated pickup location on time.
- Maintaining respectful behaviour toward drivers, staff, and fellow passengers.
We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of abusive, unlawful, or unsafe conduct.
4. Cancellation Policy
Taxi Bookings
- Taxi bookings may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- A cancellation charge of ₹250 will apply.
- Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup are non-refundable.
Tour Bookings
- Tour bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
- A cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking amount will apply.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours may not qualify for a refund.
5. Hotel Information
Our website may display hotels, resorts, or accommodations for informational and reference purposes only.
Unless explicitly stated in your booking confirmation, we do not make hotel reservations on behalf of customers. Customers are responsible for contacting and booking accommodation directly with the respective hotel.
We are not responsible for:
- Hotel availability
- Pricing
- Reservation disputes
- Service quality
- Cancellations or changes made by hotels
6. Delays and Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Road closures
- Traffic congestion
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Vehicle breakdowns despite proper maintenance
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this website.
