Refund Policy
1. General Policy
We strive to provide reliable transportation and tour services. Refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Taxi Booking Cancellation
- Customers may cancel a taxi booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- A cancellation fee of ₹250 will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
- If a refund is applicable, it will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Tour Package Cancellation
- Tour bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure or commencement date.
- A 25% cancellation charge will be deducted from the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour may not be eligible for any refund unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Service Cancellation by Us
If we are unable to provide the booked service due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive either:
- A full refund, or
- An option to reschedule the booking, subject to availability.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
